Scope

This Standard specifies the energy efficiency grades, energy efficiency limits, evaluating
values of energy conservation, and test methods of self-ballasted fluorescent lamps for
general lighting service (Hereinafter referred to as. self-ballasted fluorescent lamps).
This Standard applies to self-ballasted fluorescent lamps of which the rated voltage is
220V; frequency of AC power is 50Hz; rated power is 3W~60W; it adopts screw caps or
bayonet caps; it is used for domestic and similar general lighting services; and it is
integrated with control starting and stable ignition components.
This Standard does not apply to self-ballasted fluorescent lamps with lampshades.
