A.1 Reagents and materials
A.1.1 Trifluoroacetic acid: Purity ??? 98%.
A.1.1.1 The 0.1% trifluoroacetic acid solution: Pipette 1.00 mL of trifluoroacetic acid (A.1.1). Add it to a 1000 mL volumetric flask. Add water (A.1.3) to dilute it to the mark. Shake well.
A.1.1.2 The 0.05% trifluoroacetic acid solution: Pipette 0.50 mL of trifluoroacetic acid (A.1.1). Add it to a 1000 mL volumetric flask. Add water (A.1.3) to dilute it to the mark. Shake well.
A.1.2 Acetonitrile: Chromatographically pure.
A.1.3 Water: Grade 1 water as specified in GB/T 6682.
A.1.4 Control product of 4-amino-5,6-dimethylthieno(2,3-d)pyrimidin-2(1H)-one hydrochloride: Purity ??? 99.0%.
