This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1:1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents"
Drafting:
This document replaces GB 175-2007 "General Portland Cement": Compared with GB 175-2007, except for structural adjustments and editorial changes
In addition, the main technical changes are as follows:
a) The provisions on cement components have been changed (see 5:1, 5:1 of the:2007 edition);
b) Delete the provisions for natural gypsum “grade two (including) and above” (see 5:2:2:1 of the:2007 edition);
c) The technical requirements for granulated blast furnace slag or granulated blast furnace slag powder, fly ash, and pozzolanic mixed materials have been changed (see 5:2:3,
5:2:4 and 5:2:5, 5:2:3 of the:2007 edition);
d) The provisions of "active mixed materials" and "inactive mixed materials" are deleted (see 5:2:3 and 5:2:4 of the:2007 edition);
e) Changed the requirements for limestone and sandstone and added the inspection method for methylene blue value (see 5:2:6, 5:2:4 of the:2007 edition);
f) The "kiln dust" material was deleted (see 5:2:5 of the:2007 version);
g) Delete the 32:5 and 32:5R strength grades of composite Portland cement (see 6:3 in the:2007 edition);
h) Added the limit and determination method of water-soluble chromium (VI) (see 7:2 and 8:3);
i) The regulations on alkali content have been changed (see 7:3, 7:2 of the:2007 edition);
j) The requirements for qualified autoclave stability are added and listed as type inspection items (see 7:4:2:2 and 9:2:2);
k) The 3D compressive strength index of cement of each strength grade has been changed (see 7:4:3, 7:3:3 of the:2007 edition);
l) Changed the fineness requirements (see 7:4:4, 7:3:4 of the:2007 version);
m) Added cement radionuclide limits and measurement methods (see 7:5 and 8:9);
n) Changed the requirements for component determination (see 8:1,:2007 version of 8:1);
o) The provisions on production capacity below 10×104t in “Numbering and Sampling” are deleted (see 9:1 of the:2007 edition);
p) The factory inspection items have been changed (see 9:2:1, 9:3 of the:2007 version);
q) Added requirements for type inspection and inspection frequency and judgment rules (see 9:2:2, 9:3:2);
r) Added requirements for product quality certification materials (see 9:4);
s) Changed the requirements for inspection reports (see 9:5,:2007 version of 9:5);
t) The provisions on the basis for acceptance have been changed (see 9:6:1, 9:6:1 of the:2007 version);
u) Changed the regulations on inspection agencies when quality disputes occur (see 9:6:2, 9:6:3,:2007 version of 9:6:2, 9:6:3);
v) The packaging regulations have been changed (see 10:1, 10:1 of the:2007 edition):
