In accordance with GB/T 8878.
5.2 Sample preparation and test conditions
5.2.1 Make samples in different parts of the product. The sample taken shall not have defects affecting the test.
5.2.2 Prior to the tests of burst strength, water-cleaning size change rate, twist rate after water-cleaning, piling, the sample shall be spread and laid flat at room temperature for 20 h. Carry out the test at a laboratory temperature of (20??2)??C, a relative humidity of (65??4)%, wet conditioning for 4h.
5.3 Test items
5.3.1 Burst strength test
In accordance with GB/T 19976-2005. The ball diameter is (38??0.02)mm.
5.3.2 Test of water-cleaning size change rate
5.3.2.1 Cleaning procedures
In accordance with 5A in GB/T 8629-2001. The products indicated with "hand wash only" shall be carried out according to the "imitation hand wash"
procedures in GB/T 8629-2001. Test quantity. 3 pieces.

For upper wear. use a pole through both sleeves to keep the bust shoulders straight; separate the front and rear body by hand from the lower end. For pants. fold and dry on the crotch to keep the crotch part in the air on the pole. Place the air-dried sample on a flat surface at (20??2)??C and a relative humidity of (65??4)%. After 4 hours of placing, gently flatten the creases and measure.
5.3.2.3 See Table 6 for measuring sites of water-cleaning size change rate. In accordance with GB/T 14576.

6 Determination rules
6.1 Appearance quality
Appearance quality is calculated according to variety, color, size, etc. Where the inconsistency rate is 5.0% or less, it is determined that this batch of products are accepted. Where the inconsistency rate is 5.0% and more, this batch of products are rejected.
6.2 Internal quality
6.2.1 For the inspection results of burst strength, twist rate after water- cleaning, pilling, take the arithmetic mean of all tested samples. When it is qualified, this batch of products shall be accepted; otherwise this batch of products shall be rejected.
6.2.2 When the inspect results of formaldehyde content, pH value, odor, decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine dyes, fiber content pass, this batch of products shall be accepted; otherwise this batch of products shall be rejected. 6.2.3 At least 2 pieces and more pass in the inspection result of appearance quality after washing, this batch of products shall be accepted; otherwise this batch of products shall be rejected.
6.2.4 Water-cleaning size change rate, dry-cleaning size change rate take the arithmetic mean of all tested samples as the inspection results. When it passes, this batch of products shall be accepted; otherwise this batch of products shall be rejected. If there are both shrinkage and fallback test results, use the ...
