This Rule applies to two-wheeled bikes, that use on-board batteries as auxiliary energy, have pedal riding capabilities, can realize electric assist and/or electric drive functions. Due to the changes in the laws, regulations or related product standards, technology, industry policies and other causes which may change the applicable scope, the announcement released by the State Administration for Market Regulation (CNCA) shall be final and conclusive.
