Scope

This Rules applies to household and similar equipment, including the following
product types. household refrigerator and food freezer; electric fan; air conditioner;
motor-compressor; household electric washing machine; electric water heater; indoor
heater; vacuum cleaner; skin and hair care appliance; electric iron; induction cooktop;
electric oven (portable grill, bread toaster and similar cooking utensil); electric food
processing appliances (food processing machine (kitchen machinery)); microwave
oven; electric range, hob, oven and similar appliances (standing electric oven, fixed
grill and similar cooking appliances); range hood; liquid heater and hot and cold water
dispenser; rice cooker; electric blanket, electric heating pad and similar flexible
heating appliances.
