This Provisions applies to the implementation and management of ODM model compulsory product certification (excluding security and fire protection products). The related definitions of ODM model are as follows: ODM factory: A factory which designs, processes, and produces the same products for one or more manufacturers by using the same quality assurance capability requirements, the same product design, production process control and inspection requirements, etc. ODM initial certification certificate holder: An organization which holds the initial CCC certification certificate of ODM product. ODM model: A commissioned manufacturing model where the ODM factory, in accordance with the documents such as relevant agreements with the manufacturer, designs, processes, and produces products for the manufacturer.
