Scope

1.0.1 To standardize the technical requirements and quality standards for dynamic
acceptance of newly built 200 km/h passenger and freight railway projects, this
Regulations is formulated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the current
railway completion acceptance method.
1.0.2 This Regulations applies to the dynamic acceptance of newly built passenger and
freight railway projects with a speed of 200 km/h.
1.0.3 Dynamic acceptance must be conducted in accordance with relevant
transportation management regulations, safety standards, and equipment operating
procedures. If existing lines are involved, the existing line's relevant transportation
management regulations must also be followed.
1.0.4 In addition to complying with this Regulations, dynamic acceptance shall also
comply with the current regulations on railway completion acceptance management and
the relevant current national standards.
