Scope

This Part of GB/T 617 specifies the types and dimensions, technical specifications and
marking of hexagon thin nuts.
This Part applies to hexagon thin nuts (chamfered). thread specification M1.6 to M64;
performance grade 04, 05, A2-025, A2-035, A4-025, A4-035, CU2, CU3 and AL4;
product grades A and B. Grade A is for nuts with D ≤ 16mm; and Grade B for nuts with
D > 16 mm.
