Scope
This standard specifies the method for the determination of zearalenone infoods by high performance liquid chromatographic method with immunoaffinity
column clean-up.
This standard is applicable to the determination of zearalenone in food and
grain products, alcohol, soy sauce, vinegar, sauce and sauces.
The limit of detection of this method is 20 μg/kg for food and grain products; 20
μg/kg for alcohol; AND 50 μg/kg for soy sauce, vinegar, sauce and sauces.
