Scope

This Standard specifies the classification, order content, size, shape, weight, technical
requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marks and quality certificates
of corrosion-resistant alloy bars.
This Standard is applicable to iron-nickel-based, nickel-based, and nickel-copper-
based hot-rolled bars (hereinafter referred to as bars) with a nominal diameter no
greater than 150mm used in corrosive media.
