This standard applies to the synthetic leather and artificial leather industrial construction project environmental impact assessment, environmental protection facilities design, environmental acceptance and completion of commissioning of water and air pollutant emissions management. This standard applies to legally permissible emission behavior. The location and the newly established sources of existing pollution sources in special protected areas management, according to"The People's Republic of China Air Pollution Prevention Law", "PRC Water Pollution Prevention Law, "Marine Environmental Protection Law, "China people's Republic of solid Waste Pollution prevention Law", "people's Republic of radioactive pollution Prevention Law", "PRC environmental Impact Assessment Law"and other laws, regulations and rules of the relevant regulations. This standard specifies a water pollutant emission control requirements apply to corporate bodies of water discharged to the environment behavior. Enterprises to set up sewage treatment plants in urban drainage systems that discharge waste water, its pollutant emission control requirements of the enterprise and urban sewage treatment plant according to its sewage treatment capacity or implementation of the relevant standards, and report to the local environmental protection department for filing, urban sewage treatment plant shall ensure discharge of pollutants meet relevant emission standards.
