Foreword
This standard replaces GB 4853-2008 "food grade white oil."
This standard compared with GB 4853-2008, the main changes are as follows.
--- Revised lower initial boiling point temperature indicators viscosity requirements;
--- 5% distillation point modified carbon number 1 food additive white oil, the indicator 5% distillation point temperature;
--- Revised average relative molecular mass of test methods, and remove the parallel method SH/T 0398 Test Methods;
--- Revised test methods for lead content.
National Food Safety Standard
Food additive white oil (also known as liquid paraffin)
1 Scope
This standard applies to the lubricating oil fraction by dewaxing petroleum, chemical, refining or hydrogenation refining prepared food additive white oil.

Determination of lead
A.1 Warning
The agents of the standard test methods use toxic or corrosive, the operation should take appropriate safety and health practices.
A.2 Reagents and materials
A.2.1 hydrochloric acid.
A.2.2 glacial acetic acid solution. Measure 12mL of glacial acetic acid was diluted with water to 100mL.
A.2.3 Other reagents with GB 5009.12.
A.3 instruments and equipment
A.3.1 furnace temperature. The temperature can be controlled at 450 ℃ ~ 550 ℃.
A.3.2 electric heated water.
A.4 Determination
Weigh about 2g samples, accurate to 0.0002g, put in a porcelain crucible, placed on a hot plate in a fume hood slowly heated to carbonization, and then turn
Into a high-temperature furnace at 450 ℃ ~ 550 ℃ to completely ashed ashing time should be less than 2h, cooled to room temperature, and hydrochloric acid was added 2mL
Electric heated water evaporated, adding 2mL glacial acetic acid solution to dissolve the residue was fully transferred to 100mL volumetric flask, dilute to the mark,
Shake this solution as a sample solution.
Lead in the sample solution measured in accordance with GB 5009.12. If the measured result is outside the range of the curve, the sample solution was measured and diluted
Calculations.
Note. The heating process should be avoided due to the sample volume expansion, burning crucible overflow outside.
