Scope

This Rules applies to welder products. Specifically it applies to the low voltage
powered- or mechanical driven welding equipment, the equipment and auxiliary
equipment that use similar processes, including. small-sized AC arc welding
machines, AC arc welding machines, DC arc welding machines, TIG arc welding
machines, MIG / MAG arc welding machines, submerged arc welding machines,
plasma arc welding machines, plasma arc cutting machines, resistance welding
machines, welding transformer’s anti-electric shock devices, welding cable coupling
devices, wire feeders, TIG welding torches, MIG / MAG guns, and welding pliers.
Due to the changes in the law, regulations or related product standards, technology,
industry policies and other causes which may change the applicable scope, the
announcement released by CNCA shall be final and conclusive.
