1 Scope
This Part of GB/T 25127 specifies the type and basic parameters, technical
requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation,
storage of low ambient temperature air source heat pump (chilling water) packages
(hereinafter referred to as "packages"), which are driven by motors for industrial or
commercial and similar applications.
This Part is applicable to packages with a nominal heating capacity greater than 35 kW,
using air as the heating (chilling) source, capable of producing hot (cold) water at an
ambient temperature not lower than -25 °C. Other similar packages may refer to this
for implementation.
2 Normative references
The following documents are essential to the application of this document. For the dated
documents, only the versions with the dates indicated are applicable to this document;
for the undated documents, only the latest version (including all the amendments) is
applicable to this standard.

Particular requirements for electrical heat pumps, air-conditioners and
dehumidifiers
GB/T 5226.1-2019 Electrical safety of machinery - Electrical equipment of
include cold (hot) water circulation pumps, pipes, accessories.
5.1.3 The surface of the ferrous metal parts of the package shall be treated with anti-
corrosion.
5.1.4 The surface of the electroplated parts of the package shall be smooth and uniform
in color. There shall be no defects such as peeling, bottom exposure, pinholes, obvious
spots, scratches.
5.1.5 The surface of the painted parts of the package shall be flat, with uniform coating
and color. There shall be no obvious defects or damage such as bubbles, flow marks,
wrinkles, etc.; there shall be no holiday, primer exposure, etc.
5.1.6 The surface of the decorative plastic parts of the package shall be flat, smooth,
uniform in color. There shall be no defects such as cracks, bubbles, obvious shrinkage
holes. Plastic parts shall be resistant to aging.
5.1.7 The electroplated parts of the package shall be corrosion-resistant. After the salt
spray test in 6.3.6, the area of each rust spot or rust mark on the metal coating shall not
exceed 1 mm2.There shall be no more than 2 rust spots or rust marks on the coating of
each 100 cm2 test piece. There shall be no rust spots or rust spots when the area is less
than 100 cm2.
5.1.8 The coating of the painted parts of the package shall have good adhesion. After
the coating adhesion test in 6.3.7, the result shall not be greater than 0.30.
5.1.9 The components and materials of the package shall meet the requirements of the
package's performance.
5.1.10 Before charging the refrigerant, the surfaces in contact with the refrigerant and
lubricating oil in the package shall be kept clean and dry; the outer surface of the
package shall be clean.
5.1.11 The installation of the components of the package shall be firm and reliable; the
refrigeration compressor shall have anti-vibration measures.
5.1.12 The insulation layer of the package shall be well insulated; there shall be no
condensation on the insulation layer when the package is operating normally. The
insulation layer shall be non-toxic, odorless, self-extinguishing.
5.1.13 The electrical control of the package shall include the control of the compressor,
circulating water pump and fan, etc.; it generally shall also have functions or devices
such as motor overload protection, phase loss protection (three-phase power supply),
water system interruption protection, anti-freeze protection, system high and low
voltage protection.
5.1.14 The package can be equipped with a cold (hot) water circulation pump according
to user requirements or actual use; its flow rate and head shall ensure the normal
operation of the package.
5.1.15 The content of harmful substances in the control system hardware of the package
shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 26572.
5.1.16 The safety and environmental requirements of the package shall comply with the
provisions of GB/T 9237.
5.2 Sealing performance and strength requirements
5.2.1 Sealing performance
The refrigeration system pipeline of the package shall have good sealing performance.
when the air tightness test is carried out according to 6.3.1.1, there shall be no leakage
in all parts of the system; when the vacuum test is carried out according to 6.3.1.2, there
shall be no abnormal deformation in all parts of the system, meanwhile the pressure rise
shall not exceed 133 Pa.
5.2.2 Strength requirements
The water system pipeline of the package shall have sufficient strength. When the
pressure test is carried out according to 6.3.1.3, there shall be no abnormal deformation
and water leakage in all parts and joints of the system.
5.3 Operation test
The package shall be able to start normally during the operation test; there shall be no
abnormality during the operation.
5.4 Performance requirements
5.4.1 Nominal cooling capacity
When tested according to the method of 6.3.2.1, the measured cooling capacity of the
package shall not be less than 95% of the nominal cooling capacity.
5.4.2 Nominal cooling power consumption
When tested according to the method of 6.3.2.1, the measured power consumption of
the package shall not be greater than 110% of the nominal cooling power consumption.
5.4.3 Nominal heating capacity
When tested according to the method of 6.3.2.2 and Appendix A, the measured heating
capacity of the package shall not be less than 95% of the nominal heating capacity.
5.4.4 Nominal heating power consumption
When tested according to the method in 6.3.2.1, the package's nominal cooling
performance coefficient shall not be less than the provisions of Table 2, and not less
than 95% of the stated value; its value...
