1 Scope
This Standard specifies energy consumption limits for electric vehicles.
This Standard is applicable to Category-M1 pure electric vehicles of which the
maximum design total mass does not exceed 3500kg.

The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of
this document. For dated references, only the edition cited applies. For undated
references, the latest edition of the referenced document (including any
amendments) applies.

GB/T 19596, Terminology of electric vehicles
3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions defined in GB/T
18386-2017 and GB/T 19596 apply.
4 General requirements
4.1 The unit of energy consumption measured by the model according to GB/T
18386-2017 is converted from (W·h)/km to (kW·h)/100km. The same effective
number shall be retained after conversion.
4.2 The energy consumption of the model shall meet the corresponding limits
specified in this Standard.
5 Energy consumption limits
5.1 For models with three rows of seats1 and the maximum speed2 is greater
