1 Scope
This Standard specifies the statistical classification, statistical period, statistical
technical requirements, statistical method and calculation method of energy
consumption per unit products for laminated glass.
This Standard applies to the test of energy consumption for the production line of
laminated glass with PVB material as the middle layer, which is produced using the
autoclave lamination method.
This Standard does not apply to the test of energy consumption for the production line
of laminated glass with other materials as the middle layer, which is produced using
other methods.

3 Statistical classification
In accordance with the differences in shape, statistics shall be done for plain laminated
glass and cambered laminated glass.
4 Statistical period
The laminated glass statistical period for the same laminated glass production line, the
energy consumption of other auxiliary equipment.
When manufacturer has more than 1 laminated glass production lines, do the statistics
separately.
6.2 Energy consumption statistics
Select current transformers of an appropriate measuring range according to cable lines;
connect the devices for energy consumption statistics correctly. Record the energy
consumption displayed on the devices at this moment as W1; after the statistical period,
record the energy consumption displayed on the devices, as W2.
The energy consumption Eij of the j-th batch of the i-th cable line during the statistical
period is calculated according to Equation (1).
where,
Eij – the energy consumption of the j-th batch of laminated glass product of the i-th
cable line within the statistical period, in kW·h;
W1 – the energy consumption displayed on device at the beginning of the statistical
period, in kW·h;
W2 – the energy consumption displayed on device at the end of the statistical period,
in kW·h.
When there is more than one cable line of power supply for the cleaning, prestressing
equipment and autoclave of the laminated glass product line, do the statistics of the
energy consumption of each batch Eij of each cable line at the same time.
6.3 Statistics of yield of laminated glass
For laminated glass product produced in the statistical period, carry out appearance
quality inspection as specified in GB 15763.3. When they pass the inspection, record
the yield of laminated glass product. If they fail to pass appearance quality inspection,
repeat the energy consumption test once again.
The yield Pj of laminated glass of the j-th batch in the statistical period is calculated
according to Equation (2).
