The terms and definitions of GB/T 20565 are used in the standard.
4 Principle
The test sample rotates.200 revolutions at a speed of 25r/min in a circular drum. The test sample after rotation is 6.30mm and 500μm square
Screen with hole test sieve. The drum index is expressed by the mass fraction of +6.30mm, and the wear resistance index is expressed by the mass fraction of -500μm.
5 Sampling, sample preparation and preparation of test samples
5.1 Sampling and sample preparation
Sampling and sample preparation are carried out in accordance with GB/T 10322.1.
The granularity of pellets ranges from 6.30mm to 40mm.
The size of sinter and lump ore ranges from 10mm to 40mm.
60kg dry-based sample that meets the particle size requirements.
The sample is dried to constant weight in a drying oven at 105°C ± 5°C, and cooled to room temperature before the test sample is prepared.
Note. If the mass change of the sample after two consecutive dryings does not exceed 0.05% of the original mass of the sample, the sample is considered to have reached a constant weight state.
5.2 Preparation of test sample
The test sample should be drawn from the sample according to the reduction method specified in GB/T 10322.1.
Prepare at least 4 test samples for pellets, each with a mass of 15kg ± 0.15kg.
For sinter and lump ore, pass the sample through 25.0mm, 16.0mm and 10.0mm sieves to divide the sample into 4 parts, according to
The proportion of each of the 3 sieve objects shall be taken as the test sample with the corresponding mass of 15kg ± 0.15kg, at least 4 copies, and the record of each test sample

b) Rotating drum and rotating equipment;
c) Test sieve;
d) Weighing device.
6.2 Drum
It is made of steel plate with a thickness greater than 5mm, with an inner diameter of 1000mm and an inner length of 500mm. Two equidistant L-shaped lifting plate drums
The length is 500mm, and other dimensions are 50mm wide×50mm high×5mm thick, symmetrically welded to the inner side of the drum wall, avoid use
When the test sample is piled up between the lifting plate and the drum wall. One side of the angle steel is opposite to the direction of drum rotation to ensure that there is no obstacle between the lifting plate and the sample. Install
The inside of the feed opening and the inner wall of the drum maintain a smooth surface, and there is a strong gusset and sealed to prevent sample loss. The shaft of the drum does not pass through the drum
The parts are connected to the short shafts of the flanges on both sides of the drum to keep the inner wall of the drum smooth and flat. When the thickness of any part of the drum wall is worn to 3mm,
The drum should be replaced with a new one. When the height of the lifting plate is worn to less than 47mm, it should be replaced.
