General technical condition of narrow gauge trolley
industrial locomotive
1 Scope
This Standard specifies the terms, technical requirements, test methods,
inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of narrow-
gauge trolley type mine electric locomotive.
This Standard applies to the narrow-gauge trolley type mine electric locomotive
(hereinafter referred to as electric locomotive) used under non-explosion-proof
environmental conditions.

b) Train speed corresponding to the one-hour rating of the traction motor at
the rated voltage and a given excitation (this speed is applicable to a
powered vehicle with a half-wear state driving wheel).
Unless otherwise specified, the given excitation refers to the rated full field.
3.3
Tractive effort
The force of the traction motor acting on the tread of the driving wheel flange
when the electric locomotive is in traction.
3.4
Draw-bar pull
The tractive effort measured at the draw-bar of the motor vehicle. Unless
otherwise specified, it refers to the draw-bar pull on a straight track.
3.5
One-hour tractive effort
The tractive effort corresponding to the one-hour power of the traction motor at
rated voltage and given excitation (this tractive effort is applicable to a powered
vehicle with a half-wear state driving wheel). Unless otherwise specified, this
tractive effort is measured under full field.
3.6
Breakaway force
The maximum resistance immediately before all the wheels of the train start to
turn.
3.7
Axle load
The sum of the vertical forces exerted on the horizontal track by each axle of
the stationary mine electric locomotive in working order.
3.8
Mass in working order
The sum of the mass of empty mine electric locomotive, the mass of the crew,
5 Technical requirements

800mm.
5.3.3 For adit and open-pit dual-purpose electric locomotives, it shall not be less
than 1200mm.
5.4 Limit deviations of mass in working order, axle load and wheel weight
5.4.1 The limit deviation of the mass in working order to the nominal adhesive
weight is 0%~10%.
5.4.2 In working order, the limit deviation of any actual axle load from the actual
average axle load is ±3%.
5.4.3 In working order, the difference between the actual wheel weight on either
side and the average of the actual wheel weight on both sides is ±4%. For any
given axle, the limit deviation of each actual wheel weight from the actual
5.10.2 No oil leakage is allowed at the wheel bearings of the electric locomotive.
5.11 Wheel set
5.11.1 The wheel set shall comply with the provisions of JB/T 5865.
5.11.2 The wheel tread profile shall meet the requirements of GB/T 4695.
5.11.3 For combined transmission, the tolerance of wheel rolling circle diameter
is not more than 0.75mm.
5.11.4 For non-combined transmission, the tolerance of wheel rolling circle
diameter is not more than 2mm.
5.12 Braking
