Foreword
This Standard was drafted as per the rules specified in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This Standard replaces GB/T 3903.30-2008 Footwear – Test Method for Outsoles,
Insoles, Linings and Insocks – Water Soluble Content(ISO 20869.2001).
Compared with GB/T 3903.30-2008, this Standard mainly has the following changes.
--- Delete the description of “this part is applicable to various footwears outsoles,
insoles, linings and insocks” in the scope of the standard;
--- In 4.11, oven’s controlled temperature is changed from (102±10) °C into
(102±2) °C;
--- Separate “distilled water and sulfuric acid” from Chapter 4 Apparatus and
Materials, and form Chapter 5 “Reagents”. Change heat retention definition into
thermal insulation definition.
This Standard’s translation equivalently adopts ISO 20869.2010 Footwear – Test
Method for Outsoles, Insoles, Linings and Insocks – Water Soluble Content (English
Edition).
Chinese documents that have consistent relationship with the international documents
in normative references in this Standard are as follows.
--- GB/T 22049-2008 Footwear - Standard Atmospheres for Conditioning and
Testing of Footwear and Components for Footwear (ISO 18454.2001,IDT);
--- GB/T 22050-2008 Footwear - Sampling Location Preparation and Duration of
Conditioning of Samples and Test Pieces (ISO 17709.2004,IDT).
